In his book Traction, Gino Wickman states “Hitting the Ceiling is Inevitable”. He explains that organizations grow in spurts, coming up against “ceilings” time after time as they grow and expand. In addition to this, Gino explains you will hit the ceiling as an organization, as a department, and as an individual.
I was reminded of this recently when I read the Forbes series, Growing Pains: Hitting The Ceiling And How To Break Through by Rob Dube of imageOne. In the 3-part series, Dube explains how he identifies when his company has hit the ceiling and how he uses the challenge to grow his leadership and company.

- Growing Pains: Hitting the Ceiling and How to Break Through – Part Two

This series is a great reminder that once you have implemented EOS and have gained Traction, that doesn’t mean the work is over. As a Certified EOS Implementer, my job is to get you running on EOS and provide you with the tools you’ll need when you hit the ceiling.
If you feel like you have “Hit the Ceiling” (or know someone who has), contact me and we’ll explore whether Traction is right for you.
